Reformer Pilates

Low-Impact. Lasting Results.

What is Reformer Pilates?

Low-impact. Built for longevity. For everyday people.

Reformer Pilates uses a machine called a reformer to help you build strength, improve your posture, and feel better in your body. It’s gentle on the joints and great for improving flexibility, core strength, and muscle tone — especially for busy adults who want to move well and feel their best.

Each class is led by a qualified instructor who’ll guide you through simple, effective movements using springs, straps, and a smooth sliding carriage. You’ll get stronger and more flexible - without jumping, heavy lifting, or feeling our of your depth.

New to Pilates? No stress – we’ll support you from the moment you walk in, so you feel comfortable, capable, and confident from day one.
