Group Coaching Workouts

You don't need to be fit to start. You just need to show up.

Our Group Coaching sessions are 40 minutes each. We recommend coming three times a week to start seeing results — but even once or twice makes a difference.

Some days are strength-focused. Others get your heart rate up. Either way, everything is scaled to your level and explained by your coach before you do it.

Most members tell us the same thing after a few weeks: they're sleeping better, moving easier, and actually looking forward to coming back.

Reformer Pilates Classes

Never tried Reformer Pilates before? Perfect. Most of our members hadn't either.

Our classes are calm, focused, and guided from start to finish. Your instructor will set you up on the reformer and walk you through every movement — so you always know exactly what you're doing and why.

Each class moves through a mix of strength, core and mobility work. It's low-impact and gentle on your joints, but don't let that fool you — you'll feel it working.

Most people walk out feeling looser, taller, and more relaxed than when they came in.

The things people usually want to know before they start.

  • Not at all. Most of our members hadn't trained in months, sometimes years, before they walked in.

    Every session is coached and scaled to your level, so you're never expected to keep up with anyone else. You start where you are, and your coach helps you progress from there.

  • Tell your coach before the session and we'll modify every movement to suit you. We regularly train members managing old injuries, bad knees, back pain, and more.

    Our workouts are low-impact by design - they're built to strengthen your body, not stress it. If you're unsure whether training is right for you, your GP can advise, but in most cases the right kind of movement is exactly what helps.

  • Perfect - most of our Pilates members hadn't tried it before either. Your instructor will set you up on the reformer and walk you through every movement before you do it. You don't need to be flexible, coordinated, or experienced. You just need to show up.

  • We offer two intro options for new members. Try 5 Reformer Pilates classes for $50, or get 4 weeks of unlimited Group Coaching and Reformer Pilates plus a Goal Setting Session for $160. No lock-in, no hidden fees.

  • Your first visit starts with a Goal Setting Session - a relaxed chat with one of our coaches about what you're hoping to achieve.

    We'll show you around, answer any questions, and help you book your first class.

    When you come in for that first session, your coach will greet you by name, set you up, and stay with you throughout. You won't be left to figure anything out on your own.
