What is Group Coaching at Better Gym?
You've probably tried a gym before. Maybe it stuck, maybe it didn't.
Group Coaching at Better Gym is different because you're never training alone in a room full of strangers. You're in a coached session — with a structured plan, a coach who knows your name, and people working toward the same thing you are.
Every session is 40 minutes start to finish. Everything is explained before you do it. And every movement can be scaled to where you're at now — not where you think you should be.
We recommend coming three times a week to start seeing results. But honestly? Even showing up once is how every member here started.
How the Workouts are Structured?
Every week follows a simple structure to help you improve steadily, without burnout or confusion:
Monday: STRONG | Full Body Strength with Lower Body Compound (e.g. squats)
Wednesday: STRONG | Full Body Strength with Upper Body Compound (e.g. bench press)
Friday: STRONG | Full Body Strength with Full Body Compound (e.g. deadlifts)
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: SWEAT | Full Body Workout (core, cardio machines, and weights)
Track Your Progress
We don’t do random workouts. Our training is built in 6-week blocks so you’re not just sweating, you’re improving. This also changes up your training style so you don’t get bored.
Each session runs through multiple stations: a mix of barbells, dumbbells, cardio machines, and functional movements. Your coaches will guide you through every one.
We run 5RM Testing Weeks for key lifts — squats, deadlifts, bench press — so you can see your numbers go up over time. Most members are surprised how quickly that happens.

Walk in, warm up, train, and finish strong. Perfect for busy people who still want to make time for themselves.
Strength-Based Training
We teach you how to lift safely, progress your movements, and build real confidence with barbells, dumbbells, and more. Every movement is demonstrated before you do it.
Cardio Without the Bootcamp
Our SWEAT sessions improve your heart health, fitness, and energy — without overdoing it or making you feel like you’re being punished. Hard enough to feel good. Smart enough to be sustainable.

Our SWEAT workouts run for 32-35 minutes, designed to give you a full-body sweat without draining your energy.

Yes. Whilst we have a large gym space, we still need you to book through our app or member portal.

Absolutely. Every session can be adapted to suit your fitness level, and our coaches are there to support you from the moment you walk in.
If you're just getting started, we recommend beginning with a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday Strength session - these classes move at a slightly slower pace and are easier to follow, making them a great entry point.
