What is Group Coaching at Better Gym?
Group Coaching at Better Gym is about more than just working out - it’s about helping you feel your best.
Every workout follows a simple plan that helps you get stronger, stay healthy, and feel more confident. It’s not magic – it’s a system that really works.
Each workout is 40 minutes long and is led by one or two friendly coaches who are there to help you the whole session. You’ll never feel confused, rushed or lost.
You don’t need to be fit to start - everything can be adjusted to suit your level, and we’ll show you wxactly what to do.
The best part? You’ll be training with other people who are working toward their own goals, just like you. It’s fun, supportive, and perfect for busy people who want to feel better and get strong without spending hours in the gym.
We’re here to help you feel comfortable, capable, and proud of yourself - even after just one session.
About the Workouts
Structured & Balanced
Every week follows a simple structure to help you improve steadily, without burnout or confusion:
Monday: STRONG | Full Body Strength with Lower Body Compound (e.g. squats)
Wednesday: STRONG | Full Body Strength with Upper Body Compound (e.g. bench press)
Friday: STRONG | Full Body Strength with Full Body Compound (e.g. deadlifts)
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: SWEAT | Full Body Workout (core, cardio machines, and weights)
Track & Measure Your Progress
We don’t believe in random workouts. At Better Gym, our training is built to help you get stronger & actually see your progress.
Each session includes multiple training stations — a mix of barbells, dumbbells, cardio machines, and functional training tools. You’ll rotate through each one with full guidance from your coach.
We keep the core lifts consistent over a 6-week block, so you're not just sweating — you're improving. Plus, we run 5RM Testing Weeks for key compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench press, so you can see your strength go up.
This is training with purpose — and it works.

Yes. Whilst we have a large gym space, we still need you to book through our app or member portal.

Absolutely. Every session can be adapted to suit your fitness level, and our coaches are there to support you from the moment you walk in.
If you're just getting started, we recommend beginning with a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday Strength session - these classes move at a slightly slower pace and are easier to follow, making them a great entry point.
